is that normal?

i've noticed since i've had my bun that he gets a small build up of white sticky discharge in the inner corner of his eyes. his eyes don't look inflamed, both myself and the vet checked it out, and he doesn't seem to be in pain. i use rabbit eye wipes each day but i'm wondering if that's anything to be concerned about? it's not runny, it's sticky and kind of crusty like when us humans get "sleep" in the corner of our eyes, and there's only a small amount.

i've booked him in for his neutering operation this coming monday. my arms are bruised all over from him administering love bites!

That's quite normal, I believe. I've been treating it as "sleep" for years, and merely gently thumb it away, leaving my bunny "sleep" free. I wouldn't worry about it.

It's normal. Dogs get it too. My rabbits get "sleep" too, but they clean each other's eyes off every day (it's a part of the daily grooming ritual).

eye boogers!

yeah, tweak gets 'em. I'm also pretty sure it's just 'sleep'.
